Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice until well coated.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit with your fingers or a rolling pin to create a thin disk.
  4. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each biscuit and fold the edges over to seal, pinching firmly.
  5. Brush the tops with melted butter for a golden finish and extra flavor.
Cooking
  1. Place the filled biscuits in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for about 8–10 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.

Notes
