Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 2–3 minutes.
- Place fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each for airflow.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8–12 minutes, depending on thickness (8–9 minutes for medium, 10–12 minutes for well-done).

- Let rest for 2–3 minutes before serving. Finish with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
Notes
