Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef for a classic cheeseburger taste.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese to create that melty goodness.
  • 1 package pre-made dough (like crescent rolls or pizza dough) for ultimate convenience.
  • 1/2 cup diced onions to boost flavor and texture.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder adding depth to the filling.
  • Salt and pepper to taste; enhance every bite.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, adding diced onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar until melted.
  4. Roll out the pre-made dough and cut it into squares, roughly 4x4 inches.
  5. Spoon a generous amount of the beef mixture onto the center of each dough square.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling to create pockets and press the edges to seal. You can use a fork for added decoration and a better seal.
Baking
  1. Place the filled pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces.
