Coat the Chicken
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg wash, allowing excess to drip off.
- Next, coat the chicken well in the breadcrumb mixture.
Air Fry the Chicken
- Place the coated chicken into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for approximately 10 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
Assemble the Wraps
- Once the chicken is done, slice it into strips.
- Lay out your tortillas and layer with chicken strips, shredded mozzarella, and your choice of mixed vegetables.
Finish in the Air Fryer
- Roll the wraps tightly and place them back in the air fryer. Cook for 3-5 minutes, just until the tortilla is crispy.
Serve Immediately
- Serve your delightful wraps warm, and don’t forget an optional garnish of fresh basil or arugula!
