  • 2 packages Cheese Ravioli (about 18-20 ounces)
  • 2 jars Marinara Sauce (24 ounces each)
  • 1 container Ricotta Cheese (15 ounces)
  • 3 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (for greasing)
  • to taste Fresh Basil (optional, for garnishing)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Grease the inside of your crockpot with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Spread a cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Layer half of the ravioli on top of the marinara sauce, followed by half of the ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
  4. Repeat the layering process, ending with the remaining marinara sauce and a final topping of mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.

Notes

Consider prepping your ingredients the night before. If your sauce feels too thick, add a splash of water or broth to loosen it before serving. For healthier options, consider using whole wheat ravioli, light cheese, or adding veggies like spinach.
