Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse your cucumbers and tomatoes under cool water. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  2. If using mozzarella balls, drain any excess liquid. If you're using burrata, carefully slice it into chunks.
Assembly
  1. In a large bowl, toss the cucumbers, tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella gently to combine.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the salad. Toss again lightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

If your salad seems too dry, add another splash of olive oil and mix well! Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days without dressing to maintain texture.
