Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line your cupcake tray with colorful cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, milk (or water), and softened butter. Mix on medium speed for about 2 minutes until smooth.
- Using a cupcake scoop, fill each liner about two-thirds full with batter.
Baking
- Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once baked, transfer the cupcakes to a wire rack to cool completely for approximately 30 minutes.
Frosting and Decoration
- Once cooled, frost generously with your chosen frosting and add food coloring if desired.
- Top with blue sprinkles and crushed graham crackers to complete the beach-themed look.
Notes
These cupcakes can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or up to a week in the fridge. They freeze well for up to 3 months.
