Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by dicing your watermelon into 1-inch cubes and cutting your feta into similar-sized pieces.
  2. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 10-15 minutes to prevent burning.
Assembly
  1. Thread a watermelon cube, a mint leaf, and a feta piece onto the skewer. Repeat until the skewer is filled or the ingredients are used up.
  2. If desired, finish the skewers with a drizzle of balsamic reduction for added flavor.
Serving
  1. Present your skewers on a platter and watch them disappear!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding jalapeƱo slices or using lime juice instead of balsamic. These skewers are naturally gluten-free.
