Preparation
- Chop your onions, jalapeños, and any other toppings you wish to use.
- In a mixing bowl, combine spicy brown mustard, sweet relish, and a dash of hot sauce. Coat each hot dog generously and let it sit for a few minutes.
Cooking
- Preheat your grill on medium heat. Grill the hot dogs for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until they’re cooked to perfection.
Assembly
- Once the hot dogs are cooked, place them in the buns and finish with your toppings: a sprinkle of crushed red pepper, chopped onions, cheese, and jalapeños.

- Serve them up hot and fresh, and enjoy!
Notes
To thin out the marinade if too thick, add a splash of water while stirring. Perfect for summer gatherings, they can be made ahead of time!
