  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored) High in protein
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter Creamy or crunchy, as preferred
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup For sweetness
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips Optional add-in
  • 1 pinch salt Enhances flavors
  • 1 spray cooking spray or silicone mold For coating molds

Preparation
  1. Lightly coat your silicone molds or muffin tins with cooking spray to ensure easy removal.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and well-blended.
  3. If using chocolate chips or any other mix-ins, fold them in gently.
  4. Spoon the mixture into your prepared molds, smoothing the top for an even look.
  5. Place the filled molds in the freezer for at least 2 hours until fully frozen.
  6. Once frozen solid, pop those bites out of the molds and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to one month.

Notes

For an extra layer of richness, consider drizzling melted dark chocolate on top before serving. Swap honey for agave syrup for a vegan alternative.
