Preparation
  1. Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Chop the bell peppers, zucchini, and onion.
  3. Mince the garlic.
  4. Tip: A sharp knife makes prep faster and safer!
Cooking
  1. In a large pan over medium heat, add olive oil.
  2. Toss in onions and bell peppers, cooking until soft—about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Tip: If your pan gets too dry, add a splash of water!
  4. Stir in kielbasa slices and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  5. Mix honey and soy sauce in a bowl and pour over the kielbasa and veggies.
  6. Add minced garlic and toss everything together. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Tip: If your sauce is too thick, add a splash of water!
  8. Add zucchini and cook for just another 2-3 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
