Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and a pinch of black pepper to prepare the honey garlic glaze. Set aside.
- On a large baking sheet, toss the sliced bell peppers and onions with olive oil, ensuring they’re well-coated for roasting.
Cooking
- Nestle the sausages among the vegetables on the baking sheet. Drizzle half of the honey garlic glaze over the sausages and vegetables.
- Roast in the oven for 15 minutes. After 10 minutes, use a spatula to turn the sausages and mix the veggies for even cooking.
- Remove from the oven, and drizzle the remaining honey garlic sauce over the top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with optional red pepper flakes for a hint of spice.
