Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the diced chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, ensuring every piece is coated evenly.
- In one bowl, whisk the eggs. In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan cheese.
Coating and Baking
- Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, letting the excess drip off, and then roll it in the Parmesan breadcrumb mix until fully coated.
- Place the coated chicken pieces on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Once out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
If your sauce is too thick, add a splash of water to reach the desired consistency. Consider prep-ahead by cutting chicken earlier in the day to save time.
