Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice your baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  2. Drizzle the slices with olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
Assembling Toppings
  1. In a bowl, combine the diced peaches, honey, torn basil leaves, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Gently mix to combine.
  2. Spread a generous layer of goat cheese on each toasted bread slice, then top with the peach mixture.
  3. Finish by drizzling a touch more honey over the top for a beautiful presentation.
