- In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Using a spoon, fill silicone muffin cups or ice cube trays with the mixture. Leave a bit of space at the top, as they will expand slightly when frozen.
- Sprinkle your chosen toppings on each cup, pressing them slightly into the mixture to ensure they stick.
- Place the filled molds in the freezer and freeze for 2-3 hours.
- Once frozen, pop them out of the molds and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
Notes
These frozen cups can be made ahead of time and stored in the freezer for up to a month. For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and almond or cashew butter. Monitor freezing time; over-frozen treats can be hard to bite into.
