Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (Plain or flavored)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (Good-quality, natural for health benefits)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (For sweetness) For a tangy twist, substitute honey with agave syrup.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (To enhance flavor)
  • 1 pinch salt (To balance sweetness)
Optional Toppings
  • Chopped nuts or seeds
  • Sliced bananas
  • Dark chocolate chips
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Using a spoon, fill silicone muffin cups or ice cube trays with the mixture. Leave a bit of space at the top, as they will expand slightly when frozen.
  3. Sprinkle your chosen toppings on each cup, pressing them slightly into the mixture to ensure they stick.
  4. Place the filled molds in the freezer and freeze for 2-3 hours.
  5. Once frozen, pop them out of the molds and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.

Notes

These frozen cups can be made ahead of time and stored in the freezer for up to a month. For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and almond or cashew butter. Monitor freezing time; over-frozen treats can be hard to bite into.
