  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Preparation
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar.
  2. Pour the sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the cooked noodles and toss everything until evenly coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions.
Serving
  1. Serve hot on plates or in bowls. Add extra green onions on top.
  2. You can add a squeeze of lime for brightness.
  3. Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or a simple salad.
