  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or avocado oil for richer flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (or a pinch of cayenne for some heat)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for a cheesy twist

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds, about ¼ inch thick.
  3. In a large bowl, drizzle the olive oil over the zucchini slices. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Toss well.
  4. Lay the slices in a single layer on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Place the baking sheets in the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and crisp, rotating sheets halfway.
  2. Let them cool slightly before serving to achieve maximum crunch.

Notes

Store zucchini chips in an airtight container. They can be refrigerated for up to three days.
