Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds, about ¼ inch thick.
- In a large bowl, drizzle the olive oil over the zucchini slices. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Toss well.
- Lay the slices in a single layer on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Place the baking sheets in the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and crisp, rotating sheets halfway.
- Let them cool slightly before serving to achieve maximum crunch.
Notes
Store zucchini chips in an airtight container. They can be refrigerated for up to three days.
